Business Development Lead Greece

We are looking for a Business Development Lead to expand our client base in Greece, drive new business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with enterprise and institutional customers. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, a strong understanding of enterprise sales environments, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field
• 3+ years of proven experience in B2B technology sales (either inside sales, or channel-related sales role) within IT, cybersecurity, or network services.
• Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments in Greece and/or abroad
• Demonstrated ability to develop new markets and close high-value deals
• Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
