VP Food & Beverage Operations

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a VP of Food & Beverage Operations to oversee all food and beverage operations within their Las Vegas, Nevada venue. This role involves overseeing concessions, bars, suites, catering, clubs, lounges, culinary, stewarding, and warehouse operations, ensuring excellent service, and maximizing profit. The VP will also be responsible for guiding management and coordinating all F&B-related site operations and employee relations.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of Food & Beverage Operational Management senior level experience
• Prior experience in the capacity of Hospitality General Manager or Vice President Food & Beverage
• Four-year degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA) and ability to manage a diverse workforce
• Contract negotiation experience (strongly desired)
• Multi-property culinary and front of the house experience
• Extensive knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) codes and guidelines
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and building relationships
• Proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
