Job Description
Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a skilled Coordinator with experience in visual effects production to support projects within the Sphere Studios team. This role involves overseeing production schedules, coordinating teams, managing RFPs, and ensuring accurate project tracking, particularly for immersive experiences and residencies. The Coordinator will work directly with VFX Supervisors and internal teams to deliver outstanding content.
Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience at a VFX house or Studio
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with Shotgrid/Flow
- Technical post production knowledge (Nuke, Premiere, Resolve, Fusion, C4D, Maya, AE, Adobe CS)
- Proficiency in MS Office 360, Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint, and Airtable
- Understanding of production budgeting/accounting, scheduling, workflow for live action production, and live events
- Behavior consistent with MSG values
