Job Description
This Paramedic/EMT position involves providing 911 response, emergency department assistance, public assistance, and assisting patients in the Emergency Department. The role requires thorough medical assessments, treatment of injuries and illnesses, performing invasive procedures, and accurate patient care reports. Safe operation of emergency vehicles and adherence to established protocols are key. Ongoing professional development and mentoring are expected.
Requirements
- Supervise and promote cohesive patient care management
- Provide assessment, treatment, and stabilization of medical, trauma, and environmental emergencies
- Safely operate emergency vehicles in high-stress situations
- Provide immediate treatment to ill and injured patients
- Administer medication dosages in response to dynamic patient conditions
