Highly Qualified Paraprofessional

Spero Academy is seeking a Highly Qualified Paraprofessional to work with elementary students on the autistic spectrum or with other social, emotional, and physical disabilities. The ideal candidate will be able to support individualized learning programs, maintain a high standard of academics, and cultivate a sense of respect, responsibility, and community.

Requirements

• At least 60 college credits from an accredited institution, an associate's degree or higher, or a passing score on a formal assessment
• Ability to earn PCA Certification within two weeks of employment and CPI Certification within six months
• Must be willing to complete a Paraprofessional Competency Grid portfolio
