Game Designer (Mobile)

The Game Designer role at Sperasoft involves producing game content for a mobile title, communicating design vision to clients and team members, balancing the game economy, creating design documentation, and participating in playtesting and brainstorming sessions. The position requires a strong focus on both creative and technical aspects, as well as a player-centric mindset.

Requirements

• Must have experience in Game Design for mobile games 3+ years
• Own a compelling portfolio
• Knowledge of game design tools and editors, primarily Unity
• Full cycle and mutli-discipline development experience
• Understanding of gameplay densities and dependencies
• Fine attention to quality and detail
• Strong creative skills
• Confident English level (B2)
• Great knowledge of the mobile game industry
• Ability to put oneself in a player’s shoes
