Job Description
Spence is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to provide exceptional customer service, representing products and assisting with all aspects of customer transactions. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The associate is the backbone of the store and serves as the first point of contact for customers.
Requirements
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and provide excellent service.
- Inspect and process incoming jewelry repairs.
- Assist customers with payment processing, inventory management, and shipment.
- Cash handling and closing the day.
- Coordinate showroom appearance and merchandising.
