Requirements
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing SMB sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
- Manage team performance to exceed individual and team sales targets, with a focus on rapid customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize and scale our existing sales processes to drive efficiency and predictability.
- Create documentation, customer testimonials and other assets to address common pain points and pushback faced by the SMB sales team.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align strategies, ensure a smooth handoff, and provide feedback on SMB customer needs.
- Track key sales metrics, identify trends, and present actionable insights to leadership to inform strategy.
- Actively participate in deals, providing coaching and guidance to the team on best practices and closing strategies.
