SPACE Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Spektrum is seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) in Stavanger, Norway. The SME will be responsible for simulating and coordinating opposing forces during exercises, ensuring realistic force composition and operations. The role involves working with the EXCON team to develop and execute exercise plans, and collaborating with other functional areas to ensure maximum training value.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years previous military experience in the operational SPACE domain
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of NATO's SPACE operations Operational Planning Procedures and Processes
• Experience of NATO or National Operational Exercises
• Higher-level Civilian, Military or Staff College Education/Degree or relevant practical experience in SPACE domain
• Valid National or NATO Secret personal security clearance
