Requirements
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Precision Tooling or equivalent education and experience
- Two to four years of related experience
- Ability to program and operate CNC lathes and mills
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM packages and programming
- Basic machine shop equipment knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication
- Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools, and inspection equipment
- Ability to work safely following established safety policies and procedures
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal skills
