Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience in pharmacy
• LIC-Pharmacist Intern - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC-Pharmacy Technician - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT-Pharmacy Technician, Certified (CPHT) - PTCB Pharmacy Technician Certification Board 90 Days required
• CRT-Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians (ExCPT) - NHA National Healthcare Association 90 Days required
