RCM Client Success Lead

RCM Client Success Lead to join our growing team, assisting with client communications, new client implementations, and collaborating with the RCM team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of client relationship management experience
• 1-3 years of Healthcare and/or RCM experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-starter, comfortable in a deadline-oriented environment
• Detail-oriented and takes pride in delivering quality work
• Demonstrated skills in delivering results
