We're looking for a Service Technician to provide exceptional rider service, enhance rider satisfaction, and aid in meeting sales and profitability goals. As a Service Technician, you will work directly with riders to identify and locate the goods, services, and experiences needed to provide solutions quickly and frictionlessly.
Requirements
- Meet and make a connection with riders, asking qualifying questions and listening to riders' needs
- Speak authoritatively on technical matters as they relate to our bicycles
- Assist customers in an enthusiastic and courteous manner; provides "wow" customer service
- Develop and maintain knowledge expertise of all merchandise in department to effectively assist customers with accurate information
- Deliver best in class rider-service that ensures ongoing service and high levels of rider satisfaction
