Job Description
Greece's leading recruitment agency is seeking a Recruitment Partnerships Lead to build and manage strategic partnerships in Europe. This role focuses on connecting candidates with clients, aligning partner pipelines with demand, and representing the company at industry events. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B relationship management skills and fluency in multiple European languages.
Requirements
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with recruitment agencies, freelancers, universities, and training providers.
- Collaborate with partners to design sourcing strategies for European markets.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner relationships.
- Track and evaluate partnership performance.
- Stay informed about labor market trends and recruitment practices.
- Fluency in English, German, Dutch, or a Nordic language.
