Job Description
This German Technical Support Specialist position offers a first point of contact for clients facing technical issues. Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support roles.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills in German (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of common software, hardware, and network systems.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Availability to work on-site in Lisbon initially, then move to hybrid model.
