Job Description
This full-time position offers an opportunity for a fluent Estonian speaker to work as an Estonian Customer Support Representative for a leading e-commerce company based in Athens, Greece. The role involves communicating with customers via chat and phone, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Requirements include proficiency in Estonian, English, and advanced problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to relocate to Athens.
