Job Description
Spartan Investment Group is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to drive sales, occupancy, and revenue growth. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, converting leads into rentals, and ensuring seamless virtual operations through StoreEase's VMOS and CRM technology. The position requires a balance of sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, call center, or customer service roles
- Proficiency with CRM systems (StorEDGE or VMOS is a plus)
- Prior experience in self-storage or property management preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business preferred
