Attractions Host

Space Center Houston is seeking part-time Attraction Hosts to enhance the guest experience through effective communications and engagement. Responsibilities include proactively communicating with guests, providing guest support, and ensuring proper guest flow in all areas of Space Center Houston.

Requirements

• A minimum of one year of work experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to exercise good judgement and sound reasoning in all interactions and decisions
• Ability to move through groups and crowded spaces and/or positioned in one location for long periods of time
• Ability to follow all safety and evacuation procedures and assist guests in urgent situations
