Drive SOUTHWORKS’ growth in the US: land new logos, then own and grow those accounts long-term. You’ll be a hunter who brings in fresh business and a farmer who nurtures, expands, and retains it.
Requirements
- 5+ years of BD / sales experience in staffing (developers), IT services, or software development.
- Proven track record of winning US clients (hunting).
- Experience growing accounts (upsell, renewals).
- Strong relationships / network with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, technical leaders.
- Excellent verbal/written English (C1+).
- Self-driven, resilient, highly accountable.
