Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to participate in corporate-wide accounting initiatives, support the accounting for cash, prepare journal entries, and assist with various month-end close tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a multi-billion-dollar organization
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certification a plus
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and accounting systems
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to identify and initiate process improvement to maximize efficiency through projects
• Highly collaborative personality and ability to work independently and with a team
