Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Southwest Human Development is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team-based, transdisciplinary model providing comprehensive evaluations and ongoing services to children and their families. The position would include a combination of consultation and direct services in clinic, home, and community settings within the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Requirements

• Licensed occupational therapist in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of one year experience serving children under the age of five
• Home visiting experience
• Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
