Associate Child Development Manager

Southwest Human Development is seeking an Associate Child Development Manager to oversee the planning and implementation of early childhood development programs. The role involves supervising staff, managing programs, and ensuring high-quality services for children and families.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, or related field
• 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably Head Start
• Knowledge of DAP and Bilingual Education
• Ability to speak, write, and read Spanish (preferred)
• Certification in First Aid/CPR, Food Handler's Card, and Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Functional knowledge of Child Care Licensing Requirements
• Knowledge of Department of Child Safety reporting mandates
