Direct Care Provider-Residential Evenings

Join Southwest Behavioral Health Services as a Direct Care Provider in a residential program in Bullhead City, AZ. Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, life skills, and counseling services to seriously mentally ill consumers. Work 10-hour shifts Sunday-Wednesday 1pm-11pm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 6 months of full-time Behavioral Health experience/integrated health experience
• MVR clearance
• Fingerprint clearance issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
