Finish Motor Grader Operator

Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Motor Grader Operators to join our construction team in Lake Worth, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience operating motor graders and other heavy construction equipment such as dozers, backhoes, and rough graders
• Background in heavy civil construction with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in challenging weather conditions (e.g., extreme heat, humidity, wind, or inclement weather) for extended periods
