Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated skilled workers to join our team as Concrete finishers Point & Patch Dry. The position involves building rough wooden structures, following safety rules, and completing tasks on time with high standards of quality.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form, including equipment operational and/or safety manuals
• Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
• Carpentry/form setting experience within the construction industry
• Ability to finish concrete to grade and straight edged
• Ability to read and understand rebar plans and be able to place rebar curtains and mats
• Ability to quickly address issues with formworks, rebar and potential weather conditions that may impact the concrete and possible safety hazards
