The Regional Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and personnel management of multiple branches within a designated region.
Requirements
- Hire, develop, motivate, coach, and retain high-performing Branch/Store Managers.
- Collaborate with Regional & District Sales Managers to ensure profitability, growth, and optimal return on assets for all stores in the area.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Manage and support inside sales activities, including outbound calls to house accounts.
- Accompany sales team members on customer visits and participate in key account meetings.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies.
