Job Description
SouthernCarlson is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction or manufacturing tools and supplies, and will thrive on solving problems and building lasting customer relationships in the field.
Requirements
- 1+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in construction or industrial supply
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools, fasteners, or jobsite supplies
- Established network in the industry or strong ability to build one
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and detail-driven
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly, and up to 100 lbs occasionally
