Job Description
A fast-paced residential roofing company is seeking a motivated Senior Sales Representative to sell roofing products and services to homeowners. This role focuses on meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and closing sales without cold calling. It offers opportunities for growth and aligns with a commitment to high-quality customer service and a diverse team.
Requirements
- 3 years prior sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work up to 6 days per week
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Self-disciplined and money-motivated
- Proficient in using technology
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills
