Job Description
We are a rapidly growing roofing company looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional in-home consultations and guide customers through roof inspections, pricing, and decision-making. This is a full-time position with both base pay and uncapped commission potential, offering training and a schedule focused on consistent customer engagements.
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled appointments
- Guide customers through roof inspections and options
- Help homeowners make informed decisions
- Deliver 5–10 in-home consultations per week
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Attend team meetings and training
- Comfortable using tablets and CRM software
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
