The Brewistas at Brew Crew are responsible for providing excellent customer service in a coffee shop setting. They prepare and serve drinks, take orders, maintain cleanliness, and build customer relationships. They work independently and collaboratively within a team. The mission is to ‘Inspire a community of kindness through a revolutionary coffee experience.’

Requirements

• Create and maintain interactions with customers and accurately key in orders
• Collect payments for orders and count back any change
• Prepare all drinks and premixes
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment
• Follow company procedure for communication and time off requests
