Job Description
We are looking for intellectually sharp, analytically driven talent who can support strategic initiatives, execute operational workflows, and help build the foundation for scaling a larger team. As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you will support strategic planning and operational execution, analyze data, processes, and workflows, and collaborate directly with leadership on priorities tied to growth and scale.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in management consulting, big 4 advisory, investment banking, corporate finance, high-performance startups, or software companies
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data
- Ability to learn fast and operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Skilled communicator who can collaborate with leadership
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker, and strong problem solver
