We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the sales team full-time. In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and outreach to closing deals — while following a proven sales playbook and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in consultative or high-ticket products/services for U.S. markets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and consistently meet performance goals.
- Bonus: Background in vehicle wraps, signage, or graphic services.
