HVAC Install Lead

Requirements

• Experienced and Proficient in installing HVAC equipment (3+ years experience preferred)
• Refrigeration line brazing/ sheet metal transition building proficiency
• Install All HVAC comfort systems including: duct design, install layout, and full fabrication
• Perform full system startups on all systems including zoning installations
• Strong communication skills with the ability to talk about the install with customers
• Leadership to allow trainees to grow and develop
• Ability to pass background check
• Clean driving record
