Job Description
The South Florida Water Management District is seeking a Legal Administrative Specialist to support its litigation attorneys. The ideal candidate has experience in civil and appellate matters, with superior word-processing skills and strong organizational and writing skills.
Requirements
- Initiating and preparing cases
- E-filing through the State of Florida E-Filing Portal
- Setting hearings
- Submitting proposed orders
- Resolving issues in collaboration with the court, judicial staff, and colleagues
