Job Description
South College is seeking dynamic, engaging, and passionate educational leaders to join our industry leading blended learning Doctor of Physical Therapy program at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or full Professor. The position involves developing and delivering physical therapy courses, leading post-course assessment activities, and engaging in scholarly works and service activities.
Requirements
- Earned doctorate (DPT, PhD, DSc, EdD) in a discipline appropriate for teaching responsibilities.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Tennessee or the state of residence.
- ABPTS specialization or advanced certification in a discipline appropriate for teaching responsibilities is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching in a CAPTE accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy program
- A minimum of five years of full time (or equivalent) post-licensure clinical practice
