Assistant Project Manager, SCMP Live (Events)

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Assistant Project Manager is a key member of the SCMP Live events team, responsible for delivering exceptional client service by providing end-to-end project management for events of all scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution within a sizable corporation or agency.
• Exceptional project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong organisational skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Suite; familiarity with website development and event management software is a plus.
