Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current RN license in the State of Indiana
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Previous RN experience in an Operating Room setting
• BSN with 3 years of clinical experience practicing in a surgery setting OR/AND ASN with 5 years clinical experience practicing in a surgery setting
