Job Description
This is a contract athletic trainer position with Source Management, providing athletic training services to athletes and participants. The role requires maintaining current licensure in Arizona and must provide a valid driver's license and proof of insurance, with a minimum $1,000,000 coverage in a general liability policy.
Requirements
- Maintain current licensure by the state of Arizona and be certified by the Board of Certification.
- Maintained current licensure by the state of Arizona.
- Must provide and maintain liability insurance from a company approved by Source Management.
- Must provide a certificate of insurance to Source Management.
- Must provide a driver's license and proof of insurance.
