Job Description
As a Senior AI Engineer, you will drive innovation by experimenting with new methodologies and harnessing the power of LLMs to develop groundbreaking features for our AI assistants. You will lead ideas from concept to reality and collaborate closely with stakeholders across North America and Europe.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with a Bachelor’s in Computer Science or relevant field, or at least 6 years of professional experience with a Master’s degree.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML or a closely related discipline, with a proven record of delivering impactful solutions.
- Hands-on experience with a variety of agentic frameworks and techniques such as LangGraph, RAG, DSPy, and BAML in implementing AI-driven systems within diverse, global teams.
