Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 5–8+ years as a business analyst, with progressive responsibility in requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with requirements and visualization tools
