We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead our adult services program in Seattle, WA. The Clinical Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to team members and interns, and ensure high-quality care for clients. This role requires a Master's degree in a related field, 3+ years of clinical experience, and a strong emphasis on working with families and community organizations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a counseling-related field
- 3+ years of clinical experience as a clinician 3 or 4
- Supervision experience
- Mental Health Professional (MHP) designation
- Washington State licensure LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT preferred
- Washington State driver’s license and an insurable driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
