Senior Design Consultant (UX/UI)

Sopra Steria is a leading technology player in Europe, seeking a Senior Design Consultant (UX/UI) to transform complex challenges into intuitive digital solutions for clients. The successful candidate will join a multidisciplinary innovation and design team, collaborating with UX and UI designers, service designers, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to create high-quality interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of the Design Thinking approach, principles, and tools of Product, Service, and/or Experience Design
• Proven experience (2+ years) in UX/UI design for digital products (web/mobile), preferably in a consulting environment and preferably in the Financial Services sector
• Professional competence in at least one of the visual design tools: Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
• Knowledge of experience design principles, ability to work on wireframes and user flows
• Familiarity with data to enhance the anthropocentric approach to design, balancing qualitative and quantitative elements
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
• Portfolio showing a series of product, service, or experience design projects, demonstrating attention to underlying business models
• Experience working in agile/scrum teams and/or sprint design
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset
