Requirements

• High level of English
• More than 5 years of practical experience with event-based architectures, including Kafka and the Confluent ecosystem
• Deep understanding of microservices patterns and event-based architecture
• Extensive experience in API design, API management, and integration technologies
• Familiarity with managed services in the cloud, particularly Azure and AWS
• Proven ability to lead multifunctional teams and influence without direct authority
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in international and multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
