Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a change management role in organizations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT projects in the health sector.
- Education: Medium degree qualification and certification in PROSCI Change Management or similar.
- Languages: Catalan spoken and written (essential).
- Presenciality: 100% in Barcelona.
