Job Description
The Orchard is a leading full-service music distribution company seeking an Associate Director of Rights Management. This role oversees the team handling copyright and licensing on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and SoundCloud, providing support to relationship managers and ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently. The position requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills within a team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience in the music or entertainment industry
- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Experience working in a CMS like YouTube CMS, TikTok MediaMatch, SoundCloud Deck, or Facebook Rights Manager
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google, Apple, and Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
- Ability to meet and exceed performance goals and manage multiple deadlines
- Experience managing cross-functional projects
