Practice Manager

The Practice Manager role manages the day-to-day operations of the accredited cosmetic surgery center, delivering an outstanding patient experience, driving performance, leading and developing the center team, and fostering teamwork across functions.

Requirements

• Five years of successful experience in managing mid to large-size operations or multi-unit operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience
• Proficient with technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in leading operations in environments with measured customer/patient outcomes and sales/financial goals and KPIs
