Requirements

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living
• Assists with medication, treatments, and other care
• Encourages self-care and independence
• Escorts residents within and outside the building
• Assists with setting up, serving meals, and cleaning up
• May assist with planning and executing activities for residents
• Provides exceptional customer service and care to senior residents
