The NOC Analyst Team Lead is responsible for supervising the Network Operations Center team, ensuring 24/7 monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Requirements

• Supervise and mentor NOC analysts and engineers.
• Oversee detection, escalation, and resolution of network issues.
• Track network health and generate performance reports.
• Develop and enforce standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with network engineering, security, and application teams.
• Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.
