Requirements
- To provide advice to our customers from the wholesale and trade sector by telephone and in personal contact.
- To process customer inquiries with technical expertise.
- To capture orders, create offers, and follow up on them.
- To market and implement our Sonepar-specific sales concepts.
- To work closely with the sales team, specialist sales team, e-business, and key accounts.
- To maintain data in the CRM system.
