Job Description
Sonder is redefining workplace health, safety, and wellbeing by blending technology with human expertise. They provide 24/7 support from safety, medical, and mental health professionals, ensuring immediate care for members. The company is experiencing rapid growth, expanding across Australia, New Zealand, and the UK, and is seeking Sonder Responders to provide in-person support and work a flexible, 24-hour on-call roster.
Requirements
- Recent or current experience in Australia within emergency services, military and/or security-related work
- Strong network of contacts in the local area
- High level of self-awareness, motivation, and self-management
- Ability to set priorities, act on key issues and make quick decisions while displaying interpersonal sensitivity
- Ability to work a flexible, on-call roster
